Your photos and story go straight into our production system, which builds the scenes, music and titles the same day. The film is generated, not hand-animated, and a small note at the end says so.
They’re used only to make your video. Photos and working files are deleted within 30 days of delivery; the finished film is kept for 90 days in case you need it resent, then deleted. We never use customer photos for anything else.
One to three recent photos where their face is clear and well lit, one person per photo, no sunglasses or heavy filters. A phone photo is perfect. A photo of you together makes a good third one.
Only someone you know and have permission from — a partner, family member, friend, colleague. Your own children are fine. Not public figures, not strangers, nothing sexual or unkind. Our acceptable use page has the details, and we’ll refuse and refund anything outside it.
Tell us what to change and we’ll remake it once, free. If we can’t fix a genuine fault, we refund. Because each film is made to order, we can’t refund a change of mind once production has started.
